Regardless of whether you are stuck at a desk all day, at home with the children or feeling older than you wish, Yoga is a fantastic way of controlling the stresses and strains of everyday life.

I trained as a classical dancer from a very young age and pursued a career in the theatre for many years. I have been practising Yoga for over 10 years.

After just a few months of practice I began to observe positive changes on a physical and emotional level.
