I trained as a classical dancer from a very young age and pursued a career in the theatre. I have been practising Yoga for many years. After just a few months of practice I began to see positive changes on a physical and emotional level within myself. It was at this point I knew that I wanted to learn more about Yoga and to be able to share it with others. I am an enthusiastic member of the Yoga Alliance and am fully qualified to teach Ashtanga yoga. Certified in First Aid, my classes are run in a warm, safe and friendly environment.

My goal is to continue studying and evolving in my own practice; broadening my knowledge and experience to pass on to those whom I teach, inspiring them to lead a happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.
